Project Goal
The Digital Soul Protocol (DSP) aims to build a new Web3 protocol that enables circus artists, venues, and festivals to create tokenized communities with their audiences, transforming them from consumers to collaborators. This project seeks to innovate audience engagement and explore new economic models within the performing arts sector.
Project Activities
The project will develop and test the Digital Soul Protocol, an open-source tool allowing artists and cultural organizations to issue tokens, engage audiences, and co-create artistic experiences. The protocol will be tested through four case studies in Sweden, Germany, Italy, and France, exploring different applications such as tokenized performances, festivals, artists, and legacies.
Project Activities
Upon completion, DSP will provide the performing arts sector with a new digital tool for audience engagement and co-creation, that could also support sustainable economic models for artists, increase audience participation, and grow artistic communities.
Funding
The project is funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.

January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2026.
